Job Duties

Greet guests and determine the number in their party
Seat guests by finding a clean, available table
Pull out chairs and place clean or current menu in front of guests
Guide guests through dining rooms and provide assistance as needed
Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings for groups with special needs
Ensure appropriate place settings including napkins and clean silverware
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and practice clean-as-you-go procedures
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
Follow all company safety and security policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions
Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
Communicate professionally and answer telephones appropriately
Develop positive relationships and support team goals
Ensure quality expectations and standards are met
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors
