Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
willingness to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance

Job Duties

Greet guests and determine the number in their party
seat guests by finding a clean, available table
pull out chairs
place clean/current menus in front of guests
guide guests through dining rooms and provide assistance
move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings
organize seating for groups with special needs
ensure place settings are appropriate with napkins and clean silverware
check menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free
maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
complete safety training and certifications
maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
communicate clearly and professionally
answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
develop and maintain positive working relationships
support team to reach common goals
listen and respond to concerns of employees
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
