Job Duties
- greet guests and determine party size
- indicate seats to guests offering clean and available tables
- place clean and updated menus before guests
- guide guests through dining areas and provide assistance
- move and arrange tables, chairs, and cutlery as needed
- ensure appropriate cutlery and napkins are set
- check menus to ensure they are current and wrinkle-free
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- monitor seat availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- comply with safety policies and report accidents
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team
- handle telephone calls using proper protocol
- foster positive work relationships
- support team to achieve common goals
- address concerns of team members appropriately
- ensure compliance with quality standards
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- move and lift items up to 10 pounds without assistance
- perform other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors
