Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number of party members
- Seat guests by offering clean and available tables
- Remove and place chairs, locate clean and updated menus in front of each guest
- Guide guests through dining areas and provide assistance as needed
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and utensils to accommodate special group seating needs
- Ensure appropriate utensils and napkins are provided to each guest
- Verify menus are updated, clean, complete, and wrinkle-free
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day via continuous cleaning procedures
- Monitor seat availability, service quality, guest safety, and welfare in dining areas
- Comply with all safety and company policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions to management
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Answer phones using proper protocol and communicate clearly and professionally
- Foster positive working relationships and support team objectives
- Respond appropriately to coworkers' concerns
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move or lift objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Perform reasonable additional duties as assigned by supervisors
