Job Duties
- greet guests and determine the number of people in their party
- escort guests to clean and available tables offering menus
- assist guests as needed throughout the dining experience
- arrange and move tables, chairs, and place settings for groups with special needs
- ensure each place setting has the appropriate silverware and napkins
- verify menus are clean, updated, and wrinkle-free
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using consistent cleaning procedures
- monitor seat availability, service, safety, and guest well-being in dining rooms
- comply with all safety and company policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager
- maintain professional personal appearance and confidentiality
- greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally, including phone etiquette
- foster positive working relationships and support team objectives
- ensure adherence to quality standards
- stand or walk for prolonged periods
- move or lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
