Job Duties

  • Greet guests and determine group size
  • Provide seating by offering clean and available tables
  • Remove and arrange chairs
  • Place clean and updated menus in front of guests
  • Guide guests through dining areas and assist as needed
  • Move and arrange tables, chairs, and cutlery for special group needs
  • Ensure appropriate cutlery and napkins are provided and clean
  • Check menus for updates, cleanliness, completeness, and wrinkle-free presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day through consistent cleaning procedures
  • Monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and welfare in the dining rooms
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management
  • Participate in safety training and obtain necessary certifications
  • Maintain a clean and professional uniform and appearance
  • Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with others
  • Answer phones using proper protocols
  • Foster positive working relationships
  • Support team goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and expectations
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Move, lift, transport, push, drag, and position objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
