Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- No required previous food service experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, push, pull, and position objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Commitment to maintaining clean and professional appearance
- Adherence to company safety policies and confidentiality standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior supervisory experience required
- Previous experience in food service environments is valued but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Willingness to participate in safety training and certification
Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number of group members
- Show guests to available, clean seats and provide updated menus
- Arrange tables, chairs, and place settings for groups with special needs
- Ensure each guest has appropriate utensils, napkins, and standard tableware
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- Monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and wellbeing in dining rooms
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Support team goals by maintaining positive workplace relationships and responding appropriately to coworkers' concerns
- Communicate professionally and clearly with guests and colleagues
- Complete other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
