Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • No required previous food service experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, push, pull, and position objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Commitment to maintaining clean and professional appearance
  • Adherence to company safety policies and confidentiality standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior supervisory experience required
  • Previous experience in food service environments is valued but not mandatory
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Willingness to participate in safety training and certification

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and determine the number of group members
  • Show guests to available, clean seats and provide updated menus
  • Arrange tables, chairs, and place settings for groups with special needs
  • Ensure each guest has appropriate utensils, napkins, and standard tableware
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • Monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and wellbeing in dining rooms
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
  • Support team goals by maintaining positive workplace relationships and responding appropriately to coworkers' concerns
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with guests and colleagues
  • Complete other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
