Job Duties

  • greet guests and determine group sizes
  • seat guests at clean and available tables
  • remove and arrange chairs and place clean, updated menus at each setting
  • guide guests through dining areas and provide assistance as needed
  • move and arrange tables, chairs, and utensils for special group arrangements
  • ensure appropriate utensils and napkins at each setting
  • check menus for cleanliness, completeness, and updates
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and wellbeing
  • comply with all company safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • answer phones using proper protocol
  • foster positive work relationships and support team objectives
  • meet quality expectations and standards
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds unassisted
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned
