Job Duties
- greet guests and determine group sizes
- seat guests at clean and available tables
- remove and arrange chairs and place clean, updated menus at each setting
- guide guests through dining areas and provide assistance as needed
- move and arrange tables, chairs, and utensils for special group arrangements
- ensure appropriate utensils and napkins at each setting
- check menus for cleanliness, completeness, and updates
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and wellbeing
- comply with all company safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- answer phones using proper protocol
- foster positive work relationships and support team objectives
- meet quality expectations and standards
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds unassisted
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
