Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to work weekend shifts including early mornings
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organize dining areas
- Physical ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods and move objects up to 10 pounds
- Willingness to follow company safety and security policies
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party
- Seat guests by finding a clean, available table
- Pull out chairs
- Place clean/current menu in front of guest
- Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide assistance
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings for special needs groups
- Ensure place settings are appropriate with napkins and clean silverware
- Check menus for cleanliness and availability
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas practicing clean-as-you-go
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- Follow all company safety and security policies and report accidents
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Welcome guests according to company standards
- Speak clearly and professionally and answer phones with appropriate etiquette
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisors
