- No prior supervisory experience required
- No prior related work experience required though experience in food service is valued
- No license or certification required
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number of people in the group
- Seat guests at clean, available tables removing chairs and placing clean, updated menus
- Guide guests through dining rooms and provide assistance as needed
- Arrange and move tables, chairs, and utensils for special group needs
- Ensure proper place settings with clean cutlery and napkins
- Check menus to confirm they are updated, clean, and wrinkle-free
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day following constant cleaning procedures
- Monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and well-being in dining areas
- Comply with safety and company policies and report accidents and unsafe conditions to managers
- Participate in safety trainings and obtain certifications
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of company information
- Use clear, professional language in all communications and answer phones following protocol
- Build positive working relationships with teammates and support team goals
- Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards
- Stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- Move and lift items up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
