Job Requirements

  • Open availability
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods
  • Capability to move and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds unassisted
  • Compliance with company uniform and appearance standards
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company property

  • No required licenses or certifications

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • No previous supervisory experience required
  • Previous experience in food service environments valued but not required
  • Ability to interact clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
  • Familiarity with safety and cleaning protocols
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and determine group size
  • Seat guests by providing clean, available tables
  • Maintain and organize dining area setups including menus, chairs, and cutlery
  • Assist guests through dining areas and provide help when needed
  • Monitor guest safety, service quality, and overall dining environment
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout shifts
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
