Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to move, lift, transport, push, pull, and position objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance
- willingness to work flexible shifts
- adherence to company uniform and appearance standards
- commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting company property
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent general education development (ged)
- no prior supervisory experience required
- previous experience in food service environments is valued but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain a professional appearance
- capacity to work well within a team environment
Job Duties
- greet guests and determine the size of their party
- escort guests to clean and available tables
- arrange tables, chairs, and place settings to accommodate guests, including those with special needs
- ensure menus are current, clean, complete, and wrinkle-free
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- monitor seating availability, guest service, safety, and well-being in dining areas
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures and report any accidents or unsafe conditions
