Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move, lift, transport, push, pull, and position objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance
  • willingness to work flexible shifts
  • adherence to company uniform and appearance standards
  • commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting company property

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent general education development (ged)
  • no prior supervisory experience required
  • previous experience in food service environments is valued but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain a professional appearance
  • capacity to work well within a team environment

Job Duties

  • greet guests and determine the size of their party
  • escort guests to clean and available tables
  • arrange tables, chairs, and place settings to accommodate guests, including those with special needs
  • ensure menus are current, clean, complete, and wrinkle-free
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • monitor seating availability, guest service, safety, and well-being in dining areas
  • comply with all company safety policies and procedures and report any accidents or unsafe conditions
