Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Open availability including day and evening shifts
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds
  • Adherence to company safety and security policies
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Willingness to perform additional reasonable duties as assigned

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and determine the number in their party
  • Seat guests by finding a clean, available table
  • Pull out chairs and place clean/current menu in front of guests
  • Guide guests through dining rooms and provide assistance
  • Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings for special groups
  • Ensure place settings are appropriate with napkins and clean silverware
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and practice clean-as-you-go
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
  • Follow company and safety policies and report unsafe conditions
  • Maintain professional appearance and uphold confidentiality
  • Communicate clearly and answer telephones professionally
  • Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle light lifting
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested
