Job Duties

  • Greet guests and determine the size of their party
  • Seat guests by offering them a clean and available table
  • Guide guests through dining rooms and provide assistance when needed
  • Arrange tables, chairs, and cutlery and organize seating for groups with special requirements
  • Ensure guests have appropriate cutlery, clean utensils, and napkins
  • Inspect menus to confirm they are updated, clean, and wrinkle-free
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • Monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and wellbeing in dining areas
  • Adhere to company safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions to management
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Use clear and professional communication
  • Handle phones using appropriate protocols
  • Support team members to achieve common goals
  • Respond appropriately to employee concerns
  • Comply with quality expectations and standards
  • Perform extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking
  • Move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
