- No prior supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Receive and greet guests determining the number of group members
- Indicate seating to guests offering a clean and available table
- Remove chairs and place clean and updated menus in front of each guest
- Guide guests through dining rooms and provide assistance when needed
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and utensils and organize seating layouts for special group needs
- Ensure appropriate cutlery and that each guest has a napkin, clean cutlery, and all standard place setting elements
- Check menus to ensure they are updated, clean, complete, and wrinkle-free
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day with constant cleaning procedure
- Monitor seating availability, service, security, and guest welfare in dining areas
- Comply with all safety policies and company procedures and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to manager
- Maintain professional and clean uniform and appearance
- Preserve confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- Answer telephones following appropriate protocol and communicate clearly with others
- Foster positive work relationships supporting team goals and appropriately respond to coworkers’ concerns
- Ensure quality standards and expectations are met
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
