Job Duties
- greet guests and determine group size
- indicate seating to guests offering clean and available tables
- set clean menus in front of guests
- guide guests through dining areas and assist as needed
- move and arrange tables, chairs, and utensils for special group needs
- ensure appropriate utensils and napkins for each guest
- check menus for cleanliness, completeness, and updates
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- monitor seat availability, service, safety, and guest welfare
- adhere to company safety policies and report accidents
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- greet and recognize guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
- support team to achieve common goals and respond to employee concerns
- stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods
- lift and move objects up to 10 pounds independently
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
