Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and determine party size
  • Seat guests by finding clean, available tables
  • Pull out chairs and place menus
  • Guide guests through dining rooms and assist as needed
  • Arrange tables and settings for special needs guests
  • Ensure tables have appropriate place settings including napkins and silverware
  • Monitor dining room for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • Follow company safety and security policies and procedures
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
  • Complete safety training and certifications
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Welcome guests according to company standards
  • Use clear and professional communication
  • Answer telephones using proper etiquette
  • Develop positive relationships with team members
  • Support team goals
  • Respond appropriately to employee concerns
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested
