Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine party size
- Seat guests by finding clean, available tables
- Pull out chairs and place menus
- Guide guests through dining rooms and assist as needed
- Arrange tables and settings for special needs guests
- Ensure tables have appropriate place settings including napkins and silverware
- Monitor dining room for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- Follow company safety and security policies and procedures
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome guests according to company standards
- Use clear and professional communication
- Answer telephones using proper etiquette
- Develop positive relationships with team members
- Support team goals
- Respond appropriately to employee concerns
