Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No experience required but some background in foodservice is preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine party size
- Indicate seating to guests offering clean and available tables
- Remove and organize chairs and place clean and updated menus before each guest
- Guide guests through dining areas and provide assistance as needed
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and cutlery to accommodate groups with special needs
- Ensure utensils and napkins are appropriate and available for each guest
- Check menus for cleanliness, completeness, and updates
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using a consistent cleaning procedure
- Control seat availability, service, safety, and guest comfort in dining rooms
- Comply with all safety and company policies
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Participate in safety training and acquire necessary certifications
- Maintain a neat and professional uniform and appearance
- Protect company confidential information and assets
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
- Manage telephone calls following proper protocols
- Foster positive working relationships and support team goals
- Handle prolonged standing, walking, or sitting
- Move, lift, transport, push, drag, and position objects up to 10 pounds unaided
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
