Job Duties

  • Greet guests and determine the number of members in the group
  • Seat guests by offering clean and available tables
  • Remove chairs and place clean, updated menus before each guest
  • Guide guests through dining rooms and provide assistance when needed
  • Move and arrange tables, chairs, and cutlery for groups with special needs
  • Ensure appropriate cutlery and clean linens for each guest
  • Verify menus are updated, clean, complete, and free of wrinkles
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using continuous cleaning procedures
  • Monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and well-being in dining areas
  • Comply with all company safety policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions to management
  • Maintain a professional appearance and ensure confidentiality of company information
  • Answer phones using proper protocols and communicate clearly and professionally
  • Foster positive work relationships, support team goals, and address concerns appropriately
  • Meet quality expectations and standards
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Lift, move, push, drag, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
