Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number of members in the group
- Seat guests by offering clean and available tables
- Remove chairs and place clean, updated menus before each guest
- Guide guests through dining rooms and provide assistance when needed
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and cutlery for groups with special needs
- Ensure appropriate cutlery and clean linens for each guest
- Verify menus are updated, clean, complete, and free of wrinkles
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using continuous cleaning procedures
- Monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and well-being in dining areas
- Comply with all company safety policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions to management
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure confidentiality of company information
- Answer phones using proper protocols and communicate clearly and professionally
- Foster positive work relationships, support team goals, and address concerns appropriately
- Meet quality expectations and standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift, move, push, drag, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
