Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- No prior experience required but previous experience in food service is valued
- No supervisory experience required
- No licenses or certifications required
- Ability to work full time
- Good physical stamina
- Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number of people in the group
- Indicate seating to guests offering clean and available tables
- Remove and arrange chairs and place updated clean menus at each seat
- Guide guests through dining areas and provide assistance when needed
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and silverware to accommodate groups with special needs
- Ensure proper place settings including napkins and clean cutlery
- Verify that menus are updated, clean, complete, and wrinkle-free
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas throughout the day through consistent cleaning procedures
- Monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and comfort in dining rooms
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management
- Attend safety trainings and obtain necessary certifications
- Maintain a neat and professional uniform and appearance
- Protect company property and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Answer phones using proper protocols and communicate clearly and professionally
- Foster positive working relationships to support team goals
- Respond appropriately to concerns raised by other employees
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and guest expectations
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move, lift, transport, push, drag, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
