Job Duties
- Receive guests and determine the number of group members
- indicate seating to guests offering clean and available tables
- guide guests through dining areas and provide assistance as needed
- move and arrange tables, chairs, and utensils for groups with special needs
- ensure appropriate cutlery, napkins, and standard table settings
- verify menus are updated, clean, and wrinkle-free
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and well-being
- comply with company safety policies and report any accidents or unsafe conditions
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- greet and recognize all guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally with others
- handle phone calls with proper protocol
- foster positive work relationships and support team goals
- listen and respond appropriately to coworkers' concerns
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- move and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
