Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine party size
- seat guests by locating available, clean tables
- pull out chairs and place menus
- guide guests through dining rooms and assist as needed
- arrange tables, chairs, and table settings including napkins and silverware
- check menus for cleanliness and currency
- maintain cleanliness of work areas using clean-as-you-go procedures
- monitor dining rooms for seating availability, guest safety, and service quality
- follow company safety and security policies
- report accidents and unsafe conditions
- complete safety training
- maintain professional appearance
- handle telephone calls with appropriate etiquette
- develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move or lift objects up to 10 pounds
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
