Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine group size
- Indicate available clean tables to guests and assist them with seating
- Guide guests through dining areas and provide assistance as needed
- Arrange and move tables, chairs, and cutlery to accommodate seating arrangements including special needs
- Ensure that place settings are appropriate and complete with clean utensils and napkins
- Check menus to ensure they are clean, updated, and wrinkle-free
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day through continuous cleaning methods
- Monitor seating availability, service, guest safety, and well-being in dining areas
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures and report accidents or unsafe conditions to management
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of company information
- Answer phones professionally following company protocols
- Foster positive working relationships and support teamwork to achieve common goals
- Handle reasonable additional duties as assigned by supervisors
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
