Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the size of their party
- seat guests by offering clean and available tables
- remove chairs and place updated menus in front of guests
- guide guests through the dining areas and assist when needed
- move and arrange tables, chairs, and utensils according to special group needs
- ensure proper place settings with clean utensils and napkins
- check menus for cleanliness, updates, and completeness
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- monitor seat availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being in dining rooms
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures, report accidents and unsafe conditions
- ensure professional and clean personal appearance
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and safeguard company assets
- acknowledge all guests per company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and guests
- support team goals and respond appropriately to coworkers' concerns
- ensure quality expectations and standards are met
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move, lift, push, drag, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds independently
