  • No prior food and beverage experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Must comply with all safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods
  • Ability to move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • No licenses or certifications required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent such as GED
  • Experience in food and beverage environments is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, sit for long periods and move objects up to 10 pounds
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols and willingness to undergo safety training

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and determine group size
  • Seat guests at clean and available tables with updated menus
  • Guide guests through dining areas and assist as needed
  • Arrange and move tables, chairs, and place settings for special group requirements
  • Ensure appropriate cutlery, napkins, and complete place settings for guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • Monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and well-being in dining areas
  • Comply with all safety and company policies and report incidents
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff
  • Support team goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and safely move objects up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors
