Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests
- seat guests promptly and efficiently ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
- manage the waitlist
- assist with carry-out orders
- help deliver food to tables as needed
- be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
- maintain a clean organized and welcoming area for guests
- collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
- use OpenTable and Toast systems as applicable
