Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Flexible availability including weekends holidays and evenings
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable team player
  • Eagerness to learn about food beverages and to-go processes
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Experience with hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with reservation and POS systems such as OpenTable and Toast is a plus

Job Duties

  • Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests
  • Seat guests promptly and efficiently ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
  • Manage the waitlist assist with carry-out orders and help deliver food to tables as needed
  • Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
  • Maintain a clean organized and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
  • Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems is a plus
