Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Flexible availability including weekends holidays and evenings
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

- Eagerness to learn about food beverages and to-go processes
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience with hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with reservation and POS systems such as OpenTable and Toast is a plus
Job Duties
- Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests
- Seat guests promptly and efficiently ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
- Manage the waitlist assist with carry-out orders and help deliver food to tables as needed
- Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
- Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems is a plus
