Job Duties
- play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests
- seat guests promptly and efficiently ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
- manage the waitlist assist with carry-out orders and help deliver food to tables as needed
- be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
- maintain a clean organized and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
- collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
- familiarity with opentable and toast systems is a plus
