Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- willingness to learn about food beverages and to-go processes
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for guests
- seat guests promptly and efficiently ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
- manage the waitlist and assist with carry-out orders
- help deliver food to tables as needed
- be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with questions
- maintain a clean organized and welcoming area for guests
- collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
