Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant seating and order management systems is advantageous
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

Job Duties

  • Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for guests
  • Seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
  • Manage the waitlist, assist with carry-out orders, and help deliver food to tables as needed
  • Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
  • Utilize familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems to support seating and order processes
