Job Duties

  • Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for guests
  • Seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
  • Manage the waitlist
  • assist with carry-out orders
  • help deliver food to tables as needed
  • Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
  • Utilize familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems
