Job Duties
- Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for guests
- Seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
- Manage the waitlist
- assist with carry-out orders
- help deliver food to tables as needed
- Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
- Utilize familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems
