Job Duties

Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for guests
Seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
Manage the waitlist
assist with carry-out orders
help deliver food to tables as needed
Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
Utilize familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems
