Job Requirements

  • Availability at least four days a week including one Friday or Saturday and either an AM or PM shift on Sunday
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organizing the guest area
  • Willingness to learn about the menu and service process
  • Previous experience in hospitality preferred but not required
  • Basic knowledge of OpenTable and Toast systems is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for guests
  • Seat guests promptly and efficiently ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
  • Manage the waitlist assist with carry-out orders and help deliver food to tables as needed
  • Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
  • Maintain a clean organized and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
  • Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems is a plus
