Job Requirements

Availability at least four days a week including one Friday or Saturday and either an AM or PM shift on Sunday
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organizing the guest area
Willingness to learn about the menu and service process
Previous experience in hospitality preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of OpenTable and Toast systems is advantageous

Excellent communication skills comfortable engaging with guests and team members
Knowledgeable or eager to learn about food beverages and to-go process

Job Duties

Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for guests
Seat guests promptly and efficiently ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
Manage the waitlist assist with carry-out orders and help deliver food to tables as needed
Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems is a plus
