Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in guest service or hospitality preferred
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage seating in a busy environment
- availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- food and alcohol service certification or ability to obtain
- professional demeanor and appearance

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly professionally and with genuine hospitality
- manage reservations waitlists and seating flow according to service standards
- escort guests to tables and present menus with professionalism
- communicate wait times accurately and manage guest expectations
- coordinate seating with front waiters back waiters and management to maintain service balance
- monitor table status and pacing throughout service
- support special seating requests and accommodations when possible
