Job Requirements

  • Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant team members
  • Be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with guests, inviting guests in, seating guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload
  • Ability to prioritize well and remember all guest requests
  • Embraces all Pacific Catch’s core values, hospitality standards, and team member standards
  • Ability to operate a POS system and Open Table software
  • Ability to accurately handle cash and all financial transactions
  • High school education required
  • Minimum one-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional hospitality
  • Manage guest seating and reservations using POS and Open Table software
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Introduce menu items to guests and answer their questions
  • Handle cash and financial transactions accurately
  • Collaborate effectively with restaurant team members under pressure
  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand and lobby area
