Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous customer service experience in retail, restaurant service or hospitality
Availability for afternoon and evening shifts including weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage reservations and table assignments

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferably in retail or restaurant service
Experience with restaurant point of sale systems such as Micros or OpenTable preferred
Ability to interact positively with guests
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
