Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous customer service experience preferably in a retail restaurant service or other hospitality related setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferably in retail restaurant service or hospitality
- Experience with restaurant point of sale systems such as Micros or OpenTable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their table
- Manage reservations and schedule table assignments effectively
- Ensure guests waiting times are positive and comfortable
- Provide a friendly and welcoming environment for all visitors
- Assist in managing the flow of the dining room during peak hours
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to optimize guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally
