Haywire & The Ranch brand is an exciting new addition to the vibrant culinary scene of Austin, Texas. We are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new, expansive restaurant located in The Domain, one of Austin's premier dining and entertainment destinations. Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience in hosting or customer service preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds
  • Maintain current Food Handler's Certification
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Eligibility to work in the United States as verified by E-Verify

Job Qualifications

  • Previous host or hostess experience preferred
  • Experience with OpenTable is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Must maintain current Food Handler's Certification
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a warm and genuine Texas welcome
  • Recognize and acknowledge regular and VIP guests to ensure they feel at home
  • Make first-time guests feel like VIPs from the moment they arrive
  • Manage guest seating and waitlists efficiently to maintain a smooth dining flow
  • Assist in coordinating special occasions and celebrations for guests
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen staff to optimize service
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while moving with purpose
