- Previous customer service or host experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of reservation software preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth and hospitality
- Manage reservations and waitlists using reservation software
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth table flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
- Answer guest inquiries and assist with special requests
- Uphold brand standards of appearance, service, and guest experience
