Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Must comply with local and state alcohol service laws
Reliable transportation to work

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in hospitality or bartending preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team player mentality
Knowledge of craft beers and cocktails is a plus
Leadership experience is beneficial but not required

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service
Serve craft beers and cocktails responsibly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Collaborate with team members to create a fun and fast-paced environment
Participate in daily sampling and learning sessions
Support family night events and other special activities
Uphold safety and health regulations
