Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years or older
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with others
- Ability to perform high-quality work with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of restaurant experience is a plus
- Availability to work day shifts, weekends, and most holidays except Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
- Open availability preferred
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 4-5 days a week

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly when they arrive
- Become a menu expert and answer questions along with providing recommendations
- Assist servers with bussing tables and keeping the dining area tidy
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and dining experience
- Support team members to uphold a seamless front-of-house operation
