Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 years or older
  • Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with others
  • Ability to perform high-quality work with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant experience is a plus
  • Availability to work day shifts, weekends, and most holidays except Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
  • Open availability preferred
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 4-5 days a week

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly when they arrive
  • Become a menu expert and answer questions along with providing recommendations
  • Assist servers with bussing tables and keeping the dining area tidy
  • Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure
  • Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and dining experience
  • Support team members to uphold a seamless front-of-house operation
