- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a related client-facing environment

- Proficiency in modern technology and client relationship management (CRM) systems
Job Duties
- Elegantly welcome and greet each client upon arrival, creating an immediate and positive first impression that embodies the Dior spirit
- Discreetly ascertain the purpose of the client's visit, directing inquiries and anticipating needs with grace and efficiency
- Introduce clients to the appropriate Brand Ambassadors, facilitating a personalized and effortless experience
- Provide exceptional, anticipatory service, exceeding client expectations with a proactive and attentive approach
- Offer curated tours of the boutique, providing suggested recommendations and insightful assistance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dior's collections, services, and heritage, including exclusive spa offerings
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing boutique technology and client management systems
- Manage boutique traffic with discretion and maintain an orderly and inviting atmosphere
- Support and participate in special events and clienteling initiatives
- Support in maintaining highest standards of boutique presentation and ambiance at all times
