Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a related client-facing environment
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless service
  • A polished, poised, and professional demeanor, reflecting the elegance of the House of Dior
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with grace and composure

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business
  • Proficiency in modern technology and client relationship management (CRM) systems

Job Duties

  • Elegantly welcome and greet each client upon arrival, creating an immediate and positive first impression that embodies the Dior spirit
  • Discreetly ascertain the purpose of the client's visit, directing inquiries and anticipating needs with grace and efficiency
  • Introduce clients to the appropriate Brand Ambassadors, facilitating a personalized and effortless experience
  • Provide exceptional, anticipatory service, exceeding client expectations with a proactive and attentive approach
  • Offer curated tours of the boutique, providing suggested recommendations and insightful assistance
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dior's collections, services, and heritage, including exclusive spa offerings
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing boutique technology and client management systems
  • Manage boutique traffic with discretion and maintain an orderly and inviting atmosphere
  • Support and participate in special events and clienteling initiatives
  • Support in maintaining highest standards of boutique presentation and ambiance at all times
