Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Answer incoming phone calls and take reservations accurately
- Maintain an accurate waitlist and manage guest flow during busy times
- Provide guests with menu information and answer questions about the restaurant
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and front area
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Bid farewell to guests and invite them to return
