Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and proactively with a warm welcome
- courteously escort guests to tables
- use organizational skills to effectively manage all reservations, coordinate activities of the wait staff, and ensure the host area is neat and clean
- assist with room service orders and delivery
- buss and reset tables according to established standards
- assist servers with food delivery when necessary
- ensure cleanliness throughout the front-of-house restaurant and bar areas
- perform any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor
