Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • availability to work day and evening shifts
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • reliable and punctual
  • friendly and welcoming attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous customer service experience a plus

  • ability to work flexible hours including days and evenings
  • friendly and outgoing personality
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant
  • rotate station seating
  • thank guests and invite them to return
  • answer the telephone
  • maintain an accurate waiting list with accurate wait times
  • check restrooms every 30 minutes to ensure proper stock levels and cleanliness
  • clear, clean and reset tables
  • clean chairs, booths, high chairs, and floors after guests leave
