Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • accurately manage the seating chart and assign tables to guests based on their party size and wait times
  • provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions
  • answer phone calls, complete to-go orders, and assist with any inquiries or requests
  • maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including waiting areas and host stand
  • collaborate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • manage guest waitlist efficiently during busy periods, ensuring a positive experience
  • handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
  • assist with light cleaning and stocking as needed, including resetting tables by cleaning chairs, booths, and floors
