- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
- accurately manage the seating chart and assign tables to guests based on their party size and wait times
- provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions
- answer phone calls, complete to-go orders, and assist with any inquiries or requests
- maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including waiting areas and host stand
- collaborate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- manage guest waitlist efficiently during busy periods, ensuring a positive experience
- handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- assist with light cleaning and stocking as needed, including resetting tables by cleaning chairs, booths, and floors
