Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work flexible part-time or full-time schedule
Strong communication skills
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Customer service oriented
Physically able to stand and lift trays as required

Job Qualifications

Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays of food

Job Duties

Give a warm welcome to every guest
Manage the wait list
Communicate guest concerns to the manager when appropriate
Answer telephone within three rings and direct calls
Help fellow team members when appropriate
