Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and drive to create high-quality customer experiences
- Team-oriented with a passion to succeed
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic proficiency in computer systems or reservation software is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure
- Seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Assist in maintaining overall guest flow within the restaurant
- Provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries and addressing concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
- Uphold company standards and core values while interacting with guests
