Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior host experience in upscale or fine dining environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in upscale or fine dining host or related customer service role (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Ability to maintain a friendly, accommodating, inclusive, and respectful attitude
  • Team player with a guest-first mindset

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival
  • Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Maintain organized waitlists and estimated wait times
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate seating and table turnover
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host area
  • Support team members to ensure smooth and seamless guest experiences
