Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior host experience in upscale or fine dining environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to stand for extended periods
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in upscale or fine dining host or related customer service role (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences
- Ability to maintain a friendly, accommodating, inclusive, and respectful attitude
- Team player with a guest-first mindset
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Maintain organized waitlists and estimated wait times
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate seating and table turnover
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host area
- Support team members to ensure smooth and seamless guest experiences
