Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hosting experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional first impression
- Manage guest seating efficiently to optimize dining room flow
- Handle guest reservations and wait lists using the restaurant's management system
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely seating and service
- Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates and address concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station
- Assist in managing guest inquiries and directing guests within the restaurant
